Renault Megane klubas

Hello,
I have problems to remove my R19 heater fan(motor) my R19 is 1995, 1.8 69kW with conditioner - this fan motor need new reostat but I don.t know how to remove this motor- can anyone help me.
The winter is coming and I need to fix this problem

jis raso kad jam sugedo reostatas, bet negali nuimti variklio ventiliatoriaus (pacio varikliuko) ir klausia kaip ji ten isardyti ar isimti. Pas ji renukas su kondiske. ir dar raso kad pas juos saltos ziemos ir jam bus ragas jei nesusitaisys
